1 General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk345 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk345 website available at https://pk345.bar, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or playing any game on pk345, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform in any capacity.

pk345 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of last update noted at the top. 2 Eligibility

To register and use a pk345 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is entitled to register and operate exactly one account on pk345. Registering or operating more than one account – regardless of the name, email address, device or payment method used – is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, balances may be forfeited, and bonuses received across those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid email address and other details as requested. You must keep this information accurate and up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact support immediately. pk345 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

Common verification documents include a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals held until verification is resolved.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pk345 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance at any stage. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits are credited to your pk345 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk345 does not apply any platform-side processing fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal is processed. If your account has not been verified, you will be asked to submit documents before the withdrawal proceeds.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be resolved before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pk345 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk or stake-hedging strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 Promotions Calendar

Promotions are regularly updated to reflect the Pakistan gaming calendar, including PSL season specials, T20 World Cup campaigns and cricket-related offers. 7 Gameplay Rules

All games on pk345 – including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo, Table Games and Sports Betting – are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to the general gameplay principles set out here.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures. pk345 does not influence outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stake refunded to your account. This decision rests with pk345 and is final.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player once the game round has commenced.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk345. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using false identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in Live Casino, Poker or any other game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

pk345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• A player is found to have been under 18 years of age at the time of registration.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the pk345 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

pk345 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, bugs or technical issues at all times.

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
